Greetings friends, I hope you are doing great. Today I want to tell you a little about a recent work experience. Here in Venezuela there are several large supermarket chains, such as Makro, Unicasa and among them is Mundo Lácteo. I work in the audiovisual area with a brand of cheese called Sowi, I have been creating content for these Venezuelan cheeses for quite some time. Recently I was in Mundo Lácteo, it happens that Sowi managed to link with this chain of super markets, now Sowi products can be found on the shelves of the headquarters of this super. Thanks to this link, a very interesting event was organized, a wine and cheese tasting or “pairing”.
Saludos amigos, espero que estén de maravilla. Hoy quiero contarles un poco sobre una experiencia laboral reciente. Aquí en Venezuela existen varias cadenas de supermercados grandes, como Makro, Unicasa y entre ellos está Mundo lácteo. Yo trabajo desde el área audiovisual con una marca de quesos llamada Sowi, tengo ya bastante tiempo creando el contenido de estos quesos venezolanos. Hace poco estuve en Mundo Lácteo, sucede que sowi logro vincularse con esta cadena de súper mercados, ahora los productos Sowi pueden conseguirse en los anaqueles de las sedes de este súper. Gracias a este vínculo surgió un evento muy interesante, se organizó una cata de vinos y quesos o "maridaje".
I started the day passing by my university, since I had to look for some spare batteries for the light that I was going to use in the pattern, this turned into a long wait that I had not scheduled. However the goal was achieved and I was on my way to the location where everything would take place, the first thing I noticed was that there was not enough lighting and to add a little more difficulty to the registration, there were several stations and being everywhere would be a little complicated, so I decided to take some specific things from each space, the idea was to cover everything as much as possible. I had a VGM RGB LED video light from @peinetaspro that I could rent for this occasion, also for the registration of
Audio I relied on a wired bullet.
Comencé el día pasando por mi universidad, ya que debía buscar unas baterías de repuesto para la luz que iba a utilizar en la pauta, esto se convirtió en una larga espera que no tenía programada. Sin embargo el objetivo se logró y ya iba de camino a la locación donde se desarrollaría todo.Ya en el lugar lo primero que pude observar fue que no había iluminación suficiente y para agregar un poco más de dificultad al registro, habían varias estaciones y estar en todos lados se complicaría un poco, entonces decidí tomar algunas cosas puntuales de cada espacio, la idea era cubrir todo en lo posible. Conté con una luz de video LED VGM RGB de @peinetaspro que pude alquilar para ésta ocasión, también para el registro de Audio me apoyé con una balita alambrica .
Something I really liked about the event was that it involved people who were not exactly experts on the subject but rather an educational experience that was guided by a guest sommelier and gastronomic expert, this person was Guillermo.
Algo que me gustó mucho del evento fue que se involucró a personas que no precisamente eran expertos en el tema sino que más bien fue una experiencia educativa que fue guiada por un sommelier y gastronómico invitado, ésta persona fué Guillermo.
Something interesting happened in this opportunity, the content creators of dairy world were present, this means that we were coinciding in the work space, in these cases I think it is very important to know how to coordinate, sometimes it is possible to interfere in each other's work and we must avoid hindering at all costs. The good thing was that we were able to understand each other quite well and everything went perfectly.
I learned quite interesting things about wine and its combinations, wine is always a companion to enhance flavors and not all wines have the same acidity so each type of wine has a type of snack with which it goes well.
Algo interesante ocurrió en esta oportunidad, estaban presente los creadores de contenido de mundo lácteo, esto significa que estuvimos coincidiendo en el espacio de trabajo, en estos casos creo que es importantísimo saber coordinarse, a veces es posible interferir en el trabajo del otro y hay que evitar entorpecer a toda costa. Lo bueno fue que pudimos entendernos bastante bien y todo se desarrollo perfectamente.
Aprendí cosas bastante interesantes sobre el vino y sus combinaciones, el vino siempre es un acompañante para realza sabores y no todos los vinos tienen la misma acidez así que cada tipo de vino tiene un tipo de bocado con el que va bien.
The people who were present enjoyed the tasting very much, but even more the guided experience. For me it was a real pleasure to be part of this experience and I always appreciate every opportunity and learning. Without more to add hivers, I say goodbye with a big hug.
Las personas que estuvieron presente disfrutaron bastante de la degustación, pero más aún de la experiencia guiada. Para mí de verdad fue un gusto ser parte de esta experiencia siempre agradezco bastante cada oportunidad y el aprendizaje. Sin más que agregar hivers, me despido con un fuerte abrazo.
