Greetings everyone!
Health is first priority for everyone and it should be, who does not want to live a longer and healthy lifestyle?. To stay fit everyone is joining gym but they can't stay discipline even not in gym but also in other activities such as yoga or any cardio activity. The reason is they don't have any interest and all they want is to stay health without doing any fitness workout. Which is very really wrong and even at today's time people are eating the fast food and all a lot which really affects their health in longer period of time.
Well now let me share you about my fitness freak and some future goals regarding my body. Currently I am fit I have very less amount of fat and muscle growth is also at peak. But I am still not happy with my fitness because the reason behind this is. I am feeling its not best at the moment. I need every muscle in the proper form back, abs, legs each and every muscle. I want a complete body because we all know how much hard it is to make a complete body it takes lot of years, dedication, hard work. It might also take a decade to make a perfect body.
And once you made a great physique everyone will give you respect and greet you for your body. Yeah! of course, I have seen such type of situation many times. But more important building the muscle is to control your diet we all know how much hard is to eat the clean food. Its tough to control the tongue and craving. I am still trying to cut the sugar as much as possible and avoid the junk food. When you eat the clean food it reflects on your body.
Clean food helps to clear your skin, fast recovery, fast digestion, and also give you fibers and protein which needs your body. Its hard to keep yourself fit but my future goal is to eat healthy and make my muscle best as much as I can.
