I actually love to be fit, build up my muscles,most times when I see people which engaging in exercise to keep their fit,when ever I am going to the church or work early tomorrow I always see people Jogging.. I love to participate in the some gym house but I don't the courage to move Into that house and say"hey i want to build up my body to be like yours"Or even ask someone to coach me on my journey of fitness I'm just a shy time,but I believe that one of the days I will build the courage to go there...
some of the importance of fitness, .it makes you control your weight: fitness give you the ability to control your physical appearance... . there is a high probability that people who stay fit always live long. .fitness teaches endurance,you might be in pain when you left a weight but when you remember that if you throw it down with force it might get you injured,then you will have to follow the save process,with time it will became part of you..
it also make you flexible,when you engage in fitness you will find out that most to your steel body parts or some of your body parts can be moved in to an incredible points,with you still having balance, fitness helps to increase the metal health and also improve blood circulation in the body by keeping the heart healthy throw exercises..
healthy life and fitness work together to play a good role in the lives of humans,when ever you are engaged in fitness,you will notice that it will be very hard for you to fall sick,there is one of my uncle who always lift weights and it has become his hobby,for about a year now he has not go to the hospital or even the pharmacy to get any drugs for his self,he just don't feel sick at all,most times I ask my self if he is really human.when you are doing so work ups everyday,you will notice that you will be always hungry and atimes you just can't control how you eat ....
I don't don't usually engage in fitness,but I am leaving a healthy life so I believe that when you are heathy you are also fit, my journey of becoming fit; firstly I would crave a time out from my activities and do some works out,also eat healthy food because without eating healthy food you may develop disease quick as you're participating in fitness..
