My name is Lasse, and I'm a yoga teacher and former software developer. The last three years, I have struggled to find my place in this world. Traumas caused anxiety, depression, impostor syndrome, and addiction, leaving me feeling lost and disconnected. But then I discovered the transformative potential of yoga.
Through dedicated study and practice, I not only found healing
for myself, but also for a deeper sense of purpose. I realized that my calling was to share the gift of yoga with others.

But I didn't want to just show people how to do yoga postures. I desired to spread all eight limbs of yoga and fully embrace the true spirit of the practice. So I traveled to Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga, for traditional and authentic guidance, where I learned not only physical postures, but also meditation, breath control, ethical principles and more.
As a former software engineer, I was always fascinated by the power of technology, particularly in fields such as cryptography and artificial intelligence. But as time passed, I sensed a stronger pull to investigate the ancient wisdom of yoga and healing. So I quit my employment and embarked on a new adventure.

My goal now is to spread the love and knowledge of yoga to everyone who seeks it. In a world full of suffering and negativity, I think we have a choice. We have the choice to surrender in to our fears, desires, and doubts, or to start embracing love, acceptance, growth, and connection.
For me, yoga is not just a career or a hobby; it's a way of life. I live and breathe yoga in every moment and want to share my lifestyle, passion, and knowledge with others. I believe that by practicing yoga, we can discover our true potential, achieve inner peace, and make a positive difference in the world.
I'm just another soul on the path of self-discovery and transformation, join me on this journey. Let's spread love, one breath at a time. <3
