This new account together with @rutacambios will be part of our financial ecosystem. The first one for token exchanges on the HIVE blockchain to FIAT currencies. This new account for loans that from today, we offer to the whole community.
What is Ruta Loans
This is a new service from @rutablockchain. It was born at the request of the community, when several have had the need to have liquidity for urgent expenses or even because they were presented with an investment opportunity.
We have to admit that at the beginning we did not see a reliable method to work with. We also thought that Klye's project on smart contract lending would come to an end, but it looks like that is far from happening.
The light came to us when we discovered that Neoxian was giving loans and we saw that with their system, many people were benefiting. We always wanted something through the blockchain that didn't need third parties, but at the moment there is no way to do it that way.
Therefore we are creating a loan system in HBD very similar to the one used by Neoxian, except that in this one you can earn rewards by contributing liquidity.
Why participate in Ruta Loans
Users can apply for money quickly and easily, without any requirements other than having HP as collateral.
It works 7 days a week and the minimum is extremely low. Also the interest rates are low, so it is very easy to repay.
For lenders it is a very good option, because they can earn more than leaving the HBD in savings. Plus they will be helping others in need.
How to participate
There are two ways to participate:
Lender. They are those who Bring liquidity, you can make from a minimum of 20 HBD and no maximum limit. You only have to send the amount you want to contribute to the account @ruta.loans with the memo: liquidity.

How it works
For the reasons mentioned above we must be the trusted third party, while creating a system in blockchain that does it automatically. That is why we must request the master key of the account as a guarantee. At the moment the loan is made, the keys are changed and the applicant is given the active and posting keys. The master password is returned when the loan is repaid.
Once the maximum amount that can be requested is verified, the password is changed and the loan is delivered to the applicant. We will publish a post with the details for each loan granted.
A fundamental requirement is that the borrower's recovery account is in the name of @rutablockchain. This tutorial](@enmy/wmarzdme) explains how to do this.
Duration and repayment
Loans last for a maximum of one month. During that month the loan can be repaid at any time.
If the borrower has not paid within 30 days, a power down will take place and the loan will be collected in approximately two weeks.
The power down may start earlier if the Hive drops more than 25% in those 30 days. We will always notify the borrower earlier so that he/she can pay sooner.

Qué es Ruta Loans

La luz llegó a nosotros cuando descubrimos que Neoxian daba préstamos y vimos que con su sistema, se beneficiaban muchas personas. Siempre quisimos algo por medio de la blockchain que no necesitara terceros, pero por el momento no hay forma de hacerlo así.
Por lo tanto estamos creando un sistema de préstamos en HBD muy parecido al que usa Neoxian, salvo que en este puedes ganar recompensas aportando liquidez.
Por qué participar de Ruta Loans
Los usuarios pueden solicitar dinero de forma rápida y fácil, sin ningún tipo de requisitos, más que el tener HP en garantía.
Funciona los 7 días de la semana y el mínimo es sumamente bajo. También los intereses son bajos, por lo que es muy fácil de pagar.
Para los prestamistas es una muy buena opción, porque pueden ganar más que dejando los HBD en ahorros. Además estarán ayudando a otros que lo necesitan.
Cómo participar
Hay dos formas de participar:

Cómo funciona
Por los motivos antes mencionados debemos ser el tercero de confianza, mientras se crea un sistema en blockchain que lo haga de forma automática. Es por eso que debemos solicitar la clave master de la cuenta como garantía. En el momento que se realiza el préstamo se cambian las claves y se le da, al solicitante la activa y la posting. La clave master se regresa al pagar el préstamo.
Una vez que se verifica el máximo que puede solicitar; se cambia la clave y se le entrega el préstamo. Publicaremos un post con los detalles para cada préstamos otorgado.
Un requisito fundamental es que la cuenta de recuperación de el prestatario esté a nombre de @rutablockchain. En este tutorial se explica cómo hacerlo.
Duración y pago
Los préstamos duran un mes máximo. Durante ese mes se puede pagar el préstamos en cualquier momento.
Si el prestatario no ha pagado en 30 días, se procede a realizar el power down, para en aproximadamente dos semanas cobrar el préstamo.
El power down podría comenzar antes si el Hive baja más del 25% en esos 30 días. Siempre avisaremos antes al prestatario para pueda pagar antes.
