뺨에 닿아 차갑다.
파란빛의 흩뿌려진 바깥의 공기가
머리 깊은 곳으로 파고 들어온다
괜시리 한번 입밖으로 수증기를 내뱉어본다.
이른 새벽 출근길,
저 멀리 앉아있던 중년의 남성은
지하철이 터널을 통과한 후 보이는
순간의 풍경을 담기 위해 의자에 무릎을 꿇고 앉았다.
국회의사당이 보이는 곳을 향해 사진을 찍고 있다.
곳곳의 텅빈 자리들
숨막히는 출근길 대신이라
이 여유마저 좋다.
피곤한 눈을 꿈뻑꿈뻑
휴일의 출근길은
늘 그렇듯
싫지만
지금의 지하철 냄새를
맡아보는 것도
나쁘지 않은 듯하다.
