All the HK ecosystem works around our token BUDS but the only way to create new BUDS is through the farming game.
All the other games receive BUDS weekly that come from the BUDS that people "burn" to participate in the weekly drop of seeds. That's what we call the BUDS TREASURY
The distrubtion is being made now under the determination of the team.
Welcome to the second proposal of the HK governance
The Proposal
Actually these are the elements of the ecosystem that receive BUDS weekly:
- Raids
- Layered Staking Rewards
- Curation Rewards
- Liquidity Pool Incentives
- Infernal Coliseum
- HK Lotto
- Krown Arcade
The first change in this proposal is to set a min of 3% for the elements of the ecosystem (21% of the weekly BUDS). While the 79% left will be admistrated by the players deciding which element of HK will receive how much of the weekly BUDS of the treasury..
This would be made by staking BUDS in your favorite game/feature in a new page, the more BUDS are staked in a element vs the total staked in the elements that will determine the weight of each future.
Example
Imagine there are 100k BUDS right now in the treasury.
Player A stakes 70000 BUDS in RAIDS
Player B stakes 30000 BUDS in ARCADE
This means that 70% of the BUDS will go to the RAIDS and 30% will go to the Arcade
OFC remember is 70% of the 79% left. Cause the 3% minimun in every element so would be 70% of 79000 BUDS going to RAIDS + the base 3% and 30% of the 79000 going to arcade + the 3% of base.
The snapshot would be made once a week, and to avoid abuses players will have a cooldown of 2 weeks to withdraw the BUDS staked in the treasury distribution
This doesn't have anything to do with the actual BUDS staking, is a different feature.
The second proposal
Actually 100%of the BUDS spent within HK are burned
the proposal is to change that to 50% of all the BUDS spent within HK are burned and the other 50% are sent to. the treasury this will help to create a leverage in the incentives of the ecosystem.
