A properly started morning is the key to good and productive day. But today I am going to share with you guys to refrain from some of the things which you should not do immediately after waking up in the morning.
1. Abandoning Breakfast
Many people like to sleep longer and then they quickly pack up and get out of the house being hungry. They can snack during the day, can't they? Why should they spend time on it in the morning especially if they're not hungry? This is wrong.

In the first two hours of awakening, it's necessary to have a hearty breakfast as the body consumes half two major calories at night. The calories are the energy that we get from food.
If you don't get proper breakfast, your body won't have enough power for the proper work of your internal organs and maintain your body's temperature, and especially for maintaining your activity during the day.
2. Stay In Bed With A SmartPhone
Almost every person never parts with a smartphone and modern gadgets accompany us throughout the day and lying under the pillow at night.

While you sleep it's better to keep the phone in Airplane Mode
, therefore it won't wake you up with all kinds of notifications.
In the morning we barely open our eyes, the first thing we take out is our phone and we begin to check messages and social networks and mail, but this is a bad idea. You should always wake up in calmness, so after you wake up don't touch your phone for about 30 minutes or so.
This way, you'll get enough sleep at night and will be able to start your day with more useful activities.
3. Abstain from Drinking Water
Many people know that it is recommended to drink a glass of clean water each morning but hardly anyone does it.

A glass of water drunk on an empty stomach not only replenishes your body's water balance and activates its work but also carries out internal cleaning of toxins through your kidneys and bowels.
4. Drinking Coffee
People often use this drink as the method of artificial refill of energy. In the morning the body is the most prone to stress and coffee contains cortisol which increases its level.

The habit of drinking coffee in the morning will make you sluggish and unnerving. This drink is particularly harmful when drinkin on an empty stomach, so during three hours after waking, you should refrain from drinking coffee.
5. Making Bed After Sleeping
Despite the fact that from early childhood, we were taught to make our bed immediately after you wake up. You should do that, scientists have proved that there live about a half a million dust mites in our beds.

Making the bed immediately after we wake up, we don't allow the evaporation of excess moisture and this creates a greenhouse for the best reproduction of these little critters.
Rising from the bed, you should lift the blanket, open the window and ventilate the room for 30 minutes.
