I am already missing the hot temperatures, I missed trying to sleep during the heat of the day that burns the skin just for me to pass it off, it is just crazy of me to want that discomfort but I just want to get liberal for my fluid consumption. I do not want the "summer days" too end soon because with that kind of season I am enjoying consumption of extra fluids.
But right now every bit of fluid that I intake counts because I am not perspiring and it is not good if I would arrive at dialysis heavy with extra fluids in my body because if the nurses would draw out much water from my body it might cause me some aberrations about my dialysis treatment, usually a bout of blood pressure crashes.
So now I am just trying to control my fluid intake not drinking unless I am thirsty. In fact I plan not to eat my supper or will just eat lightly. My sister gave me some flatbread that she ordered online. I was surprised that she ordered some just for me because I asked her to make some flat bread for me not knowing that she ordered some for me. It is because she always bakes cookies and cakes and stuff lately.
So that was my simple lunch, just a couple of flatbread, they are very oily and probably was made with some clarified butter and or milk. They are heavy and very satisfying to eat and just filled me up. It might have been better if I was able to eat it with some meat stew but there was none around to be had. I also forgot to take a photo of it.
I really did not planned to eat lunch today as I am dieting or intermittently fasting so that I could build-up my urge to eat before I would actually eat later in the afternoon which is usually at around 4:00 PM and that is what I am doing for a few days now and it work swell for me. Now I might not eat my supper or might just eat lightly with maybe some boiled egg because I would like to at least have to get some protein in my body so that my health won't get much affected.
I really wanted to eat heavily because it helps me deal with the nausea which is what my parathyroid medicine is causing me. If I would eat lightly and then I taking that drug it would get me nauseated, but taking it with a relatively heavy meal I would not get that nauseated compared with eating lightly.
Anyway I might make my decision soon but certainly I will not be able to eat more now because of my flatbread meal. The rain now makes me feel drowsy because of the cooler climate that the typhoon had brought now.
I am happy that at least today I am not breathless again which is why I might be able to catch some sleep and take advantage of the fair weather now to rest and make me feel better.
