The results for two more of Bianca's integration tests came in today!
She passed! That makes 5 out of 6 in total!
And that leaves only one more!
I wanted to celebrate the success with something she really enjoys but also 'in line' with Steemfat.
Once you start looking for alternatives for things you find the most crazy stuff.
Cauliflower crusts for pizza for instance!
Who knew!
I prepared the pizza on the green egg with the pizza stone.
They came out really nice.
It's not 100% like a normal crust (obviously) but right up there taste wise!
Maybe not 100% healthy either but not too bad. (They are also small).
So, not an everyday thing to eat but once in a while it's the right thing :)
Especially with this good news!
