I do the 3rd thing.. regularly.. Mainly to myself.. - "Get in touch with your inner child.".. I feel like I am a baby, a small boy, and I ask myself who gave Chocolate to Little Babbby.. and Then the Babby ate it with wrapper.. Some small chats to myself like those.. another example would be, If i see a Police man with a Stick on road, I ask " who has brought the stick to beat the babby? is it required to show stick to the Babby?? " Babby will cry if spoken loudly, why do you need a stick Yogamadam??
