I like the second mantra and also the fourth one. In my opinion, people nowadays worry about many things, they analyze too much, wondering about problems which can be solved, if you only start paying attention how to solve them rather then complaining and thinking negatively... The real problem is when you start having health problems mainly caused by focusing on PROBLEMS or hard physical job. When health problems come I noticed that many people wake up.. as early you wake up without any push then it is better for you. Thank you for your article, it was a pleasure to read it. Best wishes
