Good afternoon, Steemians!
Today I'm at the school for one of our pre-school days. I'm here getting my classroom set up, many others are listening to a seminar that about 11 of us already heard last year so we don't have to sit through it again.
A college came and served breakfast again today, I got some coffee and luckily there was fruit for me and the other vegan weirdos lol.
One of the Spanish and French teachers from last year, who isn't teaching Spanish this year gave me these molas from the islands of San Blas, off the coast of Panama. When Roxana and I were in Panama a few years ago, we didn't visit the islands but we did stop at some little stands where some of the indigenous people were selling their molas. They are just pieces of cotton with different designs or patterns stitched into them. They are very beautiful, so I decided to hang them up in my room :-)
Thanks for stopping by!
