I said I would manifest it, and I did! It took a matter of hours! Yesterday, I felt horrid about how I was leaving my current employer kind of in a lurch, while I traipsed off into the sunset with my new employer for a job I was offered out of the blue (you can read that post here...rather a lucky story).

I felt horrid that he was left in a lurch because he has lost several employees over the last two months for unexpected reasons, and I was the only one left up front in the design show room. The job is very complex. It requires a great deal of know-how with the tile and flooring materials, the designing and contracting, the sales and relationships marketing, and the ordering and supply chain. It is a fairly skilled job. And not easy to fill or train.

I felt horrid.

Yesterday, I posted a story about how I got this new and unexpected job offer, and how I had decided I would go ahead and take it, despite being happy where I was.

But it's been tough. I have felt the way a young mother feels when she leaves her newborn in the arms of a teen who has no clue. What if the child cries too much? What if she chokes, or doesn't drink her milk, or has a poop blowout, or won't take a nap, or wonders where her mommy is the whole time? How will I know she is ok? How can I leave her like this???

That is a little bit how I've been feeling. It isn't that the company can't survive or do well without me. They've gotten along without me this long. It's just that it'll be a little bit of a struggle for them for a few months because I knew how to handle a lot of stuff, and there is no one there who can do it anymore other than the manager, who already has his plate entirely full. And I hate that.

Imaginal Act Before Bed

So last night, I went to bed imagining my manager coming in to the store feeling good and having enthusiasm about the new direction for the store with the new crew.

And you would not BELIEVE the difference between yesterday and today. It was like he was a totally different person. He had a great attitude, he brought in breakfast sandwiches for everyone, he was helpful and positive the whole day, he decided to host a farewell party for all the rest of us who are leaving and welcome those who have just arrived. He has been helpful and in good spirits all day. It was something I never expected. I EXPECTED him to be butt hurt. But he's been great.

It was maybe a little uncanny how well his image today matched what I thought of for him last night. Uncanny indeed. Especially when you compare him to the last two months.

I'm just going in a bit blind, to be honest

I don't have a lot of manifesting experience. I don't have a manifesting guru in my ear telling me how this is done. I'm new at this. All I do is listen to self concept recordings at night to retrain the subconscious beliefs, and "not react to 3D" during the day, when things come up I don't like. And...things I think of just sort of come true. I don't know how else to explain it.

That's all that I'm doing, and that is all that is happening. Subconscious affirmations recording at night, every single night, with headphones, and ignoring 3D during the day. That's it.

There are a few things I'm still working on, but I can see the resolve of their respective realities crumble little by little as well.

My Nightly Routine -- and how I get what I want

Let's see...first I brush my teeth, then I slip into something comfortable....

Then I tuck into bed with my smooth sheets and a heavy micro-velvety blanket. I snuggle with the dog for a little bit. And then, well...

I check my Discord messages to see which of you lovely friends has written me tonight. I have a conversation or two, and I chuckle because you are funny or charming. And you are probably working on some big important project for the blockchain, or for your family, or for the world. Or maybe you cashed in a full bitcoin and bought yourself a newer, faster Tesla. Or perhaps you wrote a novel about rivulets of water cascading off of person parts. But sometimes maybe you have had a bad day, and maybe accidentally spammed all of discord and got nearly permanently banned, or you lost all the daily tournaments on Splinterlands, or you hit your head on the fridge after slipping in the kitchen and fell unconscious for several hours onto the floor and woke up feeling bruised, and no one to feed you soup or pat your brow or tell you they loved you.

But whatever the case may be, you have made my day feel more complete with you in it.

Either that, or I write a blog post. About my nightly ritual.

And then it is time for me to go to bed.

So, I start to get a little drowsy. I scoot down a little further into the bed and rest my shoulders and my head against the memory foam pillow. Two of them. And at that point, I put my cushy blue noise cancelling headphones on. Less because they are noise cancelling, and more because sleeping with earbuds is uncomfortable. And these ones are more comfortable and squishy.

And then, I select one of 4 or 5 favorite nightly self concept reprogramming recordings. And I fall asleep listening to it while I visualize the end result of something wonderful in my life that I'd like to see happen. And that wonderful thing knows what it is. And it shall happen.

And that is basically it. That is my nightly ritual. Just about every night. This is where the magic happens, folks. I believe if it all about the subconscious. Once we have better command over that, then we have command over our world. I've attached my favorite links below to show you my secret to subconscious manifesting. These should get you started. The last thing I do:

The only other thing I do is DISREGARD 3D. This means, when something troubling or upsetting crops up for me during the day, I obviously handle what I need to at the most bare minimum to make sure it is being dealt with. And then --

I COMPLETELY TAKE MY ATTENTION OFF THE ISSUE. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I REMOVE MY EMOTIONAL REACTION TO IT. I CHANGE HOW I FEEL ABOUT IT AND REFRAIN FROM GETTING EMOTIONAL ABOUT IT. AS THIS EMOTION FUELS ITS EXISTENCE. I ASSIGN HAPPIER MEANINGS TO IT. I GIVE IT A DIFFERENT INTERPRETATION SO I CAN HAVE AN EASIER REACTION TO IT.

I do this because I know that emotionally reacting to a current reality is telling the reality that it is real, but more importantly, it is telling the belief that is creating it that it is real. And we are trying to CHANGE our subconscious beliefs. We cannot do that if we continue to respond to them as if they are true!

The reason we emotionally react to things is because they embody our fears and frustrations about ourselves and our life. If we had a clear set of core beliefs, then these things would not upset us. Nor would they exist.
