I have written on this previously also and I will like to share some more thoughts on this. Manifestation is a tool to attract what you want in your life to happen and then there are techniques to make this tool work for our highest good. Manifestations is just not about making positive affirmations and then it will start working for you. Manifestations is our communication with the Universe and when it's done in the right manner, the energy amplifies. Universe understands all types of our language, the language of love, gratitude, abundance, joy, peace and it also understands the language of anger, hatred, fear, sadness. The emotion that goes on with the affirmations that we create also play a role in the way we manifest.
Undisputed belief and faith are the key factors for any manifestation to come to reality. But that still does not guarantee, because there is something called as Karma and our life plan also, so there are times that even after manifesting we may not exactly get the result we desire. But yet, we should never stop putting in good energy in to our intentions of what we want to happen, provided they are realistic and not out of the world intentions. Just for e.g. my strong desire is to do a space travel, and I manifest this desire, but yet it may not happen because it is not just about me. The whole technology has to develop first and it involves so many things in to it.
My personal experiences on manifest has made me learn a couple of things, firstly my stress and anxiety level is in control. When I manifest something with my intentions and words then I need to leave it to the Universe and this understanding does not make me feel stressed out in the situation. I am able to Let go off the past. When I manifest, my focus is on the present and future of how to make it good for me and with that I do get a good understanding that to move forward I do not need to keep looking back.
The simple ways to manifest is through affirmations and visualization. Mix both of them and they work wonders. What you want to manifest, make a list of affirmations, start the affirmations with positive words like "Financial Abundance and Growth for myself", "Increase my awareness to make conscious and healthy decisions for my good health", "Fill me with Divine loving energies and increase my ability to receive blessings in abundance", Harmonize my relationship with _____", I am a confident business woman who feels great receiving lots of money for
my work.”
These are some of the examples of a good way to manifest what we want from life to happen. I always believing in looking at the larger picture while manifesting. For e.g. If you are manifesting for a particular job, do not limit to that one job, rather manifest in a manner where you get a job which will be for your best good. The good way to manifest would be to do it 3 times in a day. Morning before you get out of the bed, second any time during the day and third when you go to bed at night. The morning and night are the most important ones. And repeat the affirmations in cycle of 3, means each affirmation 3 times and when you close it, close it with a lot of loving energy, infuse it with love, gratitude and a feeling of calmness and joy in your mind. Be grateful to the Universe for making it happen.
Sometimes you may not receive what you manifest because Universe may have some other plans for you and those will be for your highest good. There are times when we have to learn lessons from a situation and even though you may want to outcome to happen in a certain way, it may not, because it is the life path that we have selected for ourselves to learn and grow from that situation.
Whatever happens in life, have faith in God and Universe that it's working for our best good and nothing would be more appropriate then what's happening. The moment we understand and accept this a lot of our pain will get dissolved.
