Can I do a quick exercise to reduce low back pain?

Crunches to develop your abdominal muscles. A weak abdominal wall contributes to low back pain, and a strong one helps balance out your muscles.
Dead Lifts to develop your low back muscles. Start with a real low weight and work up. Discuss with your doctor first.
Yoga for muscle flexibility and increasing intervertebral spaces.
Lastly, a surprise exercise: hyperextension (bending backwards at the waist). It really works. I discovered that when I read “Evolutionary Medicine.”
