Guys chill! NEO not only depend on ICOs to survive. And even without ICOs, NEO reached 30$ stably for quite some period. Imagine there's ICOs running on NEO, the price surely skyrocketed. NEO is also in compliance with Chinese authority, so there's nothing to worry about. This is just something to laugh about :)
