I've been pondering selling NEO for a while now but webbot was high on it so I've had a slow trigger.
At them moment though, it's a buy based on this indicator. After you get a 9 count, the trend is supposed to reverse. It doesn't always work of course, and there are many extentions of the indicator. Looking at the last green 9 though, that was a solid sell that panned out.
In the purple bar areas you get into a different facet of the indicator that I will not go into at this time.
So the facts are, this has been uptrending aggresively, hit a 9-buy, and is at support. If Dobe4ever was here, they might like it.
