Also, NEO did official statement over the situation. Basically they claimed that news about Governmental Certificates were fake.

It left me with a bitter taste, and it seemed like they intentionally manipulated the market. Maybe I am wrong about intentions, but it's fact that news were false!
Also, I was disappointed couple days ago by NEO developers, who said that they cooperate with Microsoft because....
THEY USE C# for development!
