Hello , so here my morning drink for keeping me fit and healthy
okay , so what's inside this drink ??
Milk - good in calcium and protein
Banana - great souce of carbohydrates and gives energy
Almomds - helathy fats , fiber , protein , magnesium , vitamin e
Raisins - iron, copper and B complex vitamins
Cashew - vitamins E, K, and B6, along with minerals like copper, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, iron, and selenium
Walnuts - good fats, such as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs), but they are also a good source of the essential fatty acid omega-3. They also contain iron, selenium, calcium, zinc, vitamin E and some B vitamins.
