Suggestions can have a very strong influence on the subconscious and depending on how they are used, they can support you and there are also examples where they can als have negative effects. The more you internalize these, the stronger they also work and change the entire way of thinking and acting and in addition, sometimes they are linked to memories, which are stored deep in the subconscious and people link these suggestions with certain moments from the past and thus create a complex follow-up reaction. It can go faster than you think that you are influenced by negative suggestions and often it is enough to look at the media in which new negative events are shared that can burden people and it is best to protect yourself from negative suggestions if you try to avoid certain sources or places which are associated with them and also positive suggestions can create a balance and compensate the negative effects. Especially with people who already suffer from problems, negative suggestions can intensify the feelings and trigger symptoms such as anxiety, stress and others and especially when people are already in a bad condition, it is important to try to avoid negative suggestions.
