I created this community to share summaries and insights on self-help books. In the middle of the pandemic I found myself a bit sad, unmotivated and without money to pay a coach or a therapist. So I started with the cheapest resource I could invest: books. In this community I share daily (that's the challenge!) a complete summary + my own insights about reading and what it has changed in my life.
At the end of each summary, I also want to suggest a practical exercise, which I did myself with the knowledge of the book.
