El Proyecto de Hive va a la Escuela sigue en expansión, llegando a nuevas instituciones. Esta vez lo hicimos en una que teníamos tiempo, con muchas ganas de ir. Se trata del INCES de La Victoria.
El INCES es una institución con sedes en todos los estados de Venezuela. Ahí se estudia bachillerato técnico. Tiene una larga trayectoria, e incluso en algunos países, aceptan los títulos del INCES y te validan las materias.
La recepción fue muy cordial por parte del personal directivo. Nos pidieron otra clase para un grupo del horario de la tarde, que más adelante se conformará.
The Hive Goes to School Project continues to expand, reaching new institutions. This time we did it in one that we had been wanting to go to for a long time. It is the INCES of La Victoria.
INCES is an institution with branches in all the states of Venezuela. There you can study technical baccalaureate. It has a long history, and even in some countries, they accept the INCES degrees and validate the subjects.
The reception was very cordial on the part of the management staff. They asked us for another class for an afternoon group, which will be formed later on.
Desde que hice pequeños ajustes en el contenido, enfocándolo en marca personal; los chicos se notan más interesados. La charla es mucho más dinámica y la sienten cercana a ellos.
Todavía la creación de contenidos es un tema que muchos rechazan. La mayoría solo quiere ser consumidor. El poder de la creación de contenido para una marca personal no puede ser desperdiciado. El reto es hacer entender a las personas, que en un futuro muy cercano, todos deberemos ser creadores de contenido.
Since I made small adjustments to the content, focusing on personal branding, the kids are more interested. The talk is much more dynamic and they feel closer to them.
Content creation is still a topic that many reject. Most just want to be consumers. The power of content creation for a personal brand cannot be wasted. The challenge is to make people understand that in the very near future, we will all have to be content creators.
Vi un grupo muy atento a la información. Hicieron muchas preguntas y participaron. También había algunos profesores.
Cuando toco temas de la personalidad y cómo ser una persona magnética, se cruzan las miradas. Es un tema que les apasiona. Están en esa edad donde lo más importante es encajar. Hive ayuda a eso y también a descubrir tus talentos.
I saw a group that was very attentive to the information. They asked many questions and participated. There were also some teachers.
When I touch on personality and how to be a magnetic person, looks cross their eyes. It is a topic they are passionate about. They are at that age where the most important thing is to fit in. Hive helps with that and also with discovering your talents.
Algunos me pidieron el contacto e iban a comenzar a realizar su presentación. Con toda la experiencia que tengo en esto, es la etapa más difícil de pasar. La gran mayoría sale emocionado de la charla, queriendo pertenecer a HIVE. Luego vuelven a su dinámica diaria y se olvidan.
Some of them asked me for the contact and were going to start making their presentation. With all the experience I have in this, this is the most difficult stage to go through. The vast majority leave the talk excited, wanting to belong to HIVE. Then they go back to their daily dynamics and forget about it.
