Regarding the training yesterday Tuesday I was terrible, I was tired and did not sleep well Monday night, yesterday I had a heaviness to run, my mind, heart and breathing said Yes and my legs said No, so much so that I ended up with a pain in the hip which was present as in kilometer 10, however I did the job of running 12 kilometers.
I ran over 7 minutes, very soft to be able to finish that distance, and for the rest of the days I will not take my body to the limit, I will do maintenance races so that my body enters in recovery phase for the 16th to be in optimal sporting conditions.

Buenos días para todos aquí estoy un poco agotada y con ganas de que llegue la fecha del maraton.
Eso es un síntoma normal la última semana, todos los corredores ya quiere que llegue el día de la carrera, creo que es porque nuestro cuerpo y mente pide descanso de las fuertes rutinas de entrenamiento, porque realmente tampoco es que paramos de entrenar definitivamente.

Con respecto al entrenamiento de ayer martes me fue terrible, estaba cansada y no dormí bien la noche del lunes, ayer tenía una pesadez para correr, mi mente, corazón y respiración decían que Si y mis piernas decían que No, tanto así que termine con un dolor en la cadera qué se hizo presente como en el kilómetro 10, sin embargo asi cumplí con el trabajo de correr 12 kilómetros.
Corri por encima de 7 minutos, muy suave para poder terminar esa distancia, ya por lo que resta de los días no llevaré mi cuerpo al límite, haré carreras de mantenimiento para que mi cuerpo entre en fase de recuperación para el día 16 estar en óptimas condiciones deportivas.
