Generally, when we talk about charging our body with energy we talk about the physical energy to charge our body with the necessary strength to face the day to day to get out of bed to do the housework take the children to school run errands do sports and even go to work for all that our body demands a lot of energy and that is a great reality we all know what to do sleep well maintain a healthy diet exercise take medications or energy drinks for that we must maintain a series of habits that help to recharge our body, but we tend to forget about our spirit, what about the energy we need internally to face the problems and difficulties that life presents us with?
Generalmente, cuando se habla de cargar nuestro cuerpo de energía se habla de la energía física de cargar nuestro cuerpo de esa fuerza necesaria para afrontar el día a día para levantar de la cama hacer las labores de hogar llevar los niños a la escuela hacer diligencia hacer deportes e incluso irnos a trabajar para todo eso nuestro cuerpo demando mucha energía y eso es una gran realidad todos sabemos qué hacer dormir bien mantener una alimentación sana hacer ejercicio tomar medicamentos o bebidas energéticas para eso debemos mantener una series de hábitos que ayuda a recargar nuestro cuerpo, pero solemos olvidarnos de nuestro espíritu que pasa con la energía que necesitamos para internamente para afrontar los problemas y dificultades que nos presenta la vida

el amor es la fuerza más poderosa que mueve a las personas y nuestro mundo cuando amamos somos más felices y nos sentimos llenos de energía y queremos disfrutar la vida, pero cuando hablo de amar no me refiero solamente a nuestros seres queridos y amigos, sino también amar aquellas personas que nos lastimaron sin rencor amarnos a nostras mismas aceptando nuestro cuerpo amar nuestro trabajo y lo que hacemos y no lamentarnos por lo que no tenemos ni desean lo que otro posen y renegando de lo nuestro La persona más feliz no es la que tiene todo lo que quiere, sino la que ama todo lo que tiene.

La risa es otra fuerza que nos conecta con las personas por eso, trato de sonreír cada vez que me levanto en las mañanas le sonrió al espejo y le sonrió a toda la gente que seme cruza en el camino con una sola sonrisa podemos alegrarle el día a una persona y robar suspiros a otras personas una buena sonrisa derrumba muros y abre puertas

listen to happy music, music that makes you happy, that makes you dance, that makes you sing, that is one of my favorite ways to start the day and recharge my energy and fill my life with motivation and the desire to move forward.

Relax
let's not stress, let's leave the drama aside. Many times we drown in a glass of water, let's not complicate our lives so much, worrying so much about things that never happen. We are not a superwoman to solve everything. There are things that simply have no solution.

dedicate time to your favorite hobbies try to set aside time in the day to do things that we like and really give us pleasure the routine is very tiring to do the same thing every day for duty or commitment makes our lives a boredom I love reading and writing I love dancing is not good to be all the time working and full of obligations and commitments of children or my partner there is time for everything so we must set aside time for our distractions and entertainment because when we do things that we really love nourishes and feeds our spirit.

dedica tiempo a tus aficiones preferidas trata de apartar tiempo en el día para hacer las cosas que nos gusten y realmente nos den placer la rutina es muy desgastante hacer todos los días lo mismo por deber o compromiso hace que nuestras vidas sean un aburrimiento a mí me encanta leer y escribir me encanta bailar no es bueno estar todo el tiempo trabajando y llena de obligaciones y compromisos de los niños o de mi pareja hay tiempo para todo por eso debemos apartar un tiempo para nuestras distracciones y entretenimientos porque cuando hacemos cosas que de verdad amamos nutre y alimenta nuestro espíritu.
