Today I wanted to share with you friends readers of this community, a very nutritious and healthy dish and it is a delicious and nutritious vegan savory beet, carrot and potatoes that I prepared a few days ago for the dinner. Sometimes we husbands have to collaborate in the kitchen to lighten the load, in my case I love to cook all kinds of meals.
Today I had to prepare this delicious salad, which is very simple to prepare, economical and healthy for the human body because it nourishes us and helps us lose weight, it provides us with vitamins and minerals to our body.
The ingredients I used are the following:
- 750 grams of potato and carrot.
- 3 tablespoons of oil, 50 grams of parsley and 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
- A touch of black pepper, salt and sugar.
- Juice of ½ lemon
The preparation consisted of placing enough water in a pot, place the beets and potatoes and bring to fire to cook for about 40 minutes. Remove the potatoes which is the first thing that softens, and then remove the beets from the pot when soft, remove the beets from the heat and cut these two ingredients into small squares.
Then cut the parsley finely, add the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and stir and leave for a while I cut the potatoes and beets into squares, then add this dressing to the vegetables already cut into small squares, taste and plate.

Deliciosa y nutritiva ensalada ´vegana de remolacha y papas

Hoy quise compartir con ustedes amigos lectores de esta comunidad, un plato muy nutritivo y sano para la salud y es una deliciosa y nutritiva ensalada vegana de remolacha, zanahoria y papas que preparé hace unos días para la cena. Algunas veces a los esposos nos toca colaborar en la cocina para que la carga se aligere, en mi caso a mí me encana cocinar todo tipo de comida.
Hoy me tocó preparar esta rica ensalada, la cual es muy sencilla de hacer, económica y saludable al cuerpo humano porque nos nutre y no ayuda a bajar de peso, nos proporciona vitaminas y minerales a nuestro organismo.
Los ingredientes que utilicé son los siguientes:
- 750 gramos de papa y zanahoria
- 3 cucharadas de aceite, 50 gramos de perejil y 2 cucharadas de vinagre
- Un toque de pimienta negra, sal y azúcar
- jugo de ½ limón
La preparación consistió en colocar en una olla suficiente agua, colocar las remolachas y las papas y llevar a fuego para cocinar por 40 minutos aproximadamente. Sacar la papas que es lo primero que ablanda, y posteriormente sacar de la olla la remolacha cuando ablande, retirar la remolacha del fuego y cortar estos dos ingredientes en cuadros pequeños.
Posteriormente cortar finamente el perejil, agregar el vinagre, aceite, azúcar, sal y revolver y dejar un rato mientras corto en cuadros la papapa y remolacha, luego agregar este aderezo a las verduras ya cortadas en cuadros pequeños, probar y emplatar.
