So What is The Author of The Week About?
The Author of the Week is about selecting every week four great contents shared from our weekly prompt in the community for you to check out, engage and vote for your best contest through polls on Hive from leofinance threads. This way, we encourage authors to be active and be the best in their content creation.
How Would The Initiative Run?
- 4 Posts would be selected from the weekly prompt questions
- Every Thursday night, we would be sharing announcements for the selected authors
- Polls would be drawn on Leo threads to choose your best Author
- 60% reward of that weekly post would be distributed between Most Popular Author & Best Author of the Week
How Do You Vote?

Battling with inflation in my country: some tips on how I cope
@nkemakonam89 tells us about inflation and how it has affected the country. She also went into details to tell us how the inflation has affected herself and her family directly due to the high cost of things that we can't do without, things like food.
@amberkashif talks about toxicity and how it can affect us even all the way from our mothers womb. She tells us a story about her new friends who she discovered were toxic and she had to cut off herself from them. It's a really good write up with a strong message, no toxicity needed.
Why so difficult to battle the inflation dragon?
@gwajnberg gives a detailed post on how inflation is currently affecting him. He tells us about the increase in bank interest rates on his new home and also the cost of things like milk and gas. But he also did so well to give solutions on how we could maybe cut down on expenses in order to survive during inflation.
The Signs Were There But Her Love Was Blind
@merit.ahama talk about toxicity in a relationship and how she will never allow herself to abused both physically or emotionally all in the name of love. She also tells a story of someone she knows who's currently going through and refuses to leave. She explains to us that no matter how far we've gone with that person, it's never too late to call if quit and save ourselves.
