Hello and welcome to this weeks LBI Holdings and Income report. LBI is a pooled investment token based on HIVE with a range of assets backing its token. Each LBI token represents a share of the assets, and the value of that share is published daily on inleo.io as a thread. All you have to do is check our profile page to find the most recent "Asset backed Value" for the token.
LBI has just recently come under new management, and we are working on raising its profile, converting it into a token that shares a portion of its income each week with token holders, while also selecting investments to maximize growth. LBI's roots are firmly planted in the @spinvest ethos of "get rich slowly". We don't chase amazing returns and massive gains, we look for solid investments, long term growth and the magic of compounding.
There is some good news in this report - our bHBD unwrap looks like it will be happening soon. Check the "Off Chain" section below for all the details. For now, let's get on with this weeks update.

HIVE Wallet
38 HP added for the week. Our HP growth has been slower lately due to a drop in regular content. It's steady growth however, and our HBD this week remains unchanged at 2000. This won't change for a while, I think we are in a phase where I'd prefer to keep building other assets, and maybe start switching back to HBD later in the year.
Hive Engine wallet
We have added to our wallet here extra BXT, INCOME and PIMP this week. Our incomes coming from these assets are growing as we add more tokens, and my plan is to keep building these positions. BXT is now earning over 1 HIVE per day, and my goal is to build the same for INCOME, which will require around 350ish roughly. LEO has drifted back down to 25% of our total fund, which is a good balance for us. Not planning to add more LEO for now.
Always keeping an eye out for other income producing investments on HIVE, and currently have YIELD and DUO on the radar.

Always steady, this wallet now has a nice even 5000 EDSMM - which should produce 1000 EDS per year. we added 25 this week from the miners plus the HP delegation. Easy growth, and now our most passive wallet. Income will grow every week for years to come.

I took a close look at this wallet in a separate post a few days ago.. Since then SSUK has updated some numbers in the BRO discord server. This note from SSUK stuck out for me:
RUG has paid back 27.12% of HIVE invested from day 1. Eg, you bought 100 RUG for 200 HIVE. To date you have been paid back 54.23 DBOND tokens are 27.12% of your investment
We have grown by 10 DAB and 30 DBOND over the week. Nice and steady.

Now that the dust has settled from the addition of PWR staking, we can get a good idea of where we are at. We gain now around 3 PWR per day, from a combo of pool rewards, staking rewards, and delegation rewards. This is up a bit from around 2.6 prior to staking going live.
Income is up a bit, as some have removed from the pool so the yield is up a bit. Each day I add 1 PWR to the stake, and the rest to the pool.

This week, we say goodbye to the SIM wallet. The SIM has been sold, and this wallet is now empty. For a few more weeks, it will still earn some income as the Hive payment is based on average SIM owned over 30 days. Anyway, bye bye SIM wallet. 😢
Off Chain.
The finish line is in sight - our bHBD unwrap has been confirmed to be commencing payment from Jan 22. I received word from @khaleelkazi in our ticket a few days ago - and have requested and received permission to share screenshots of the message he sent, so I can share the context around the length of time this process has taken.
I'm looking forward to this process coming to a conclusion.
Totals
We are down quite a bit from last week, where HIVE was at $0.633. Still double in USD terms what it was a couple months ago, so no complaints here. LEO value is up, as LEO has dropped back compared to HIVE.
Income statement
A good week - close to 700 LEO for the week in the income distribution split. This was done without any manipulation, so it is pleasing to see that our plans are working. LEO's drop against HIVE works in our favor here, as most of what goes into this wallet is HIVE income. Also rewards from @leo.voter (which we now take liquid and add to this income) pay out more LEO tokens as LEO/HIVE price drops, to maintain the yield.
Overall, very pleased with the trends here, and will be happy to watch this income distribution grow each week - depending on how LEO performs moving forward.
Conclusion
Very happy with our progress this week. Income is growing, and getting word that our HBD unwrap will happen soon has lifted my mood. It feels like the base we have set up for LBI's growth in the years ahead is very sound, and things like our EDS, DAB and PWR wallet put us in a great place looking a year or two down the road.
