Greeting lovers of Foodie!!!Hope you all are doing very fine,I welcome you all to my blog this amazing Morning.
This morning ,my kids were very hungry and they suggested I prepared Pasta with unripe plantain for them,I went to my kitchen and starts making it very snappy and I used it to make a post.
INGREDIENTS USED
Two pieces of Unripe plantain
I packet of Pasta
One sachet of Sonia tomatoes
Three pieces of Fresh tomatoes
Seven pieces of fresh pepper 🌶
Half littre of groundnut oil
Two pieces of carrots
One tablespoon of curry powder
Half bulb of onions
One tablespoon of salt
PROCEDURE USED
First I will show you guys how I made this tasty Receipe.
STEP1
I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.
Then I washed my carrots,fresh tomatoes and my onions,then I used my hands and pieces my Pasta ,slice my onions and fresh Tomatoes and set aside.
Then I sliced my carrots,washed and slice my unripe plantain in circular form and then open my sachet Sonia tomatoe paste and put in my plate and set aside.
Unripe plantains are great source of Iron,
It is always good to our Immune system
It supports strong bones
And finally it fights against stomach ulcers.
I set my pot on fire and pour a little water on it,and when my water boiled very well,I added my pasta and allow it to perboil a little bit and then use my seive and seive it out and set aside.
Then I put my pot on fire and allow it to dry and then pour my groundnut oil,and when it gets hot ,I added my onions,my fresh tomatoes and my tomato paste.
Then I now stir a little and add my fresh pepper, my curry powder and salt
I now stir again ,and then added a little water and close my pot to allow the water to boil very well and then added my pasta and after some seconds of draining water,I added my carrot and stir very well.
After a while,my pasta was ready.
Now i added a little salt to my unripe plantain and turn very well,I now set my frying pan on fire , and I added the remaining of my oil to my pan and allow it to get hot,I now added my plantains on my pan and allow it to dry a little.and after a while it dried and I remove it step by step.
And Now, My plantain chips was ready and I put in my seive .
And Now my Jollof Pasta with plantain chips was Fully ready to be served.
