En motivo a celebrarse el día de las madres, quise iniciar el día con una rutina súper intensa de Sentadillas, espero que la aprovechen al máximo.

Me levanté con buen ánimo, me tracé un hit de Sentadillas súper intenso, como regalo del día de las madres para mí, mi cuerpo y mis piernas me lo agradecen, que haya tomado esta iniciativa, mis amigos cuando uno se enfoca en algo, es verdad que si lo logra, puedo decir con esta rutina de sentadillas que estoy todavía en condiciones físicas aceptable y voy por más, ya me siento mejor, voy a mantener que la mejor actitud que debo tener para mejorar mi estado de salud, es sumándome hacer mis ejercicios, que me llenan de vida y me ponen de buen ánimo. En el vídeo te dejo una variedad de Sentadillas Full Intensa, el número de repeticiones que realicé y para todas las variaciones hacer tres rondas, espero que se motiven a hacerla conmigo.

Amigos, para obtener resultados satisfactorios en nuestras piernas y glúteos, te recomiendo ser disciplinado, constante y sobre todo perseverante para realizar esta rutina, por lo menos dos veces por semana ya que es muy intensa, acompañada siempre de una buena alimentación balanceada e hidratación adecuada. Sobre todo, no se olviden a iniciar esta rutina con un calentamiento de 5 a 10 minutos y culminarla con sus respectivos estiramientos, para acondicionar y relajar los músculos antes y después de la jornada. Así como, trabajar cada quien a su ritmo, ya que la condición física y las metas a lograr varían en cada uno de nosotros, también pueden hacer adaptaciones de los ejercicios, si lo requieren.
