Today is a holiday for my husband, so both he and my child will need something to snack on during tea time. Since I didn’t have many ingredients at home today, I thought of making a simple but tasty snack using just a few items we had.

I decided to make a delicious toffee, mainly using coconut milk with a touch of coffee flavor. This is a unique recipe, and it turned out really delicious, just as good as the treats you find in stores. Since it’s cost-effective and requires only a few ingredients, I think this recipe will be useful for anyone who wants to make something tasty at home. Let’s take a look at how to prepare it!

Materials Used.

200g of Sugar.
1 Teaspoon of coffee powder.
1/4 teaspoon of Salt powder.
3 Tablespoon of water.
500ml of condensed coconut milk.

The cooking process as follows.

Now, let's get ready to prepare this. First, take a cup and add some coconut milk to it. Then, add sugar and a pinch of salt to the coconut milk and mix everything well.

Now, place another pan on the stove and add about 3 tablespoons of water. As the water starts to boil, mix in the coffee powder and set it aside. Strain the coffee mixture using a fine sieve to remove any granules.

Add the strained coffee mixture to the coconut milk mixture and stir well until combined. Set it aside. Meanwhile, grease a tray with some coconut oil and set it aside.

Next, place a pot on the stove over medium heat and pour the prepared coconut milk mixture into it. Continuously stir the mixture until it thickens, making sure to scrape the sides and prevent it from sticking.

Now, remove the thickened mixture from the stove and spread it evenly on the tray that has been greased with oil. After about 2 minutes, cut it into pieces while it’s still warm.
