Dear chessfans!
Yesterday our blockchain chess team played again in the super tough liga 3 and although for the most time we were on the 7th spot, in the final minutes we faltered and ended up as 8th, which means next time we will be back in liga 4! Just 13 points were missing. If just more players would have participated, we would easily have held the seventh rank, if not more.
192 players with an average rating of 2043 had played for their teams, so 19 on average, our team was only 15 players strong (playing less than 5 games I don´t count). The topscorer from our team was @fcastro177, followed by @samostically and @maverieux000 (Keylix).

Myself I can be happy with my performance, to make 2160 with an opponent average of 2199 is what I normally can only dream of, including holding a draw against several strong players. Probably I used up my luck for the next rounds, but lets see...

The rules:
- Everybody in our Lichess team can join using the link to the tournament (pick the blockchain chess team if asked 😃, in case you are part of multiple teams) and if you are not in our team yet, you can join anytime!
- Every Thursday and Sunday are tournaments that last 1h40min (but you don´t need to stay for the full time)
- The results of the 10 best contributors of each team (i.e. the "scorers") are counted in this liga
- Bonus: Every participant in the Team Liga (min. 5 games played) will get a one-time bonus of 3 points in the upcoming Hivechess season 21, all scorers 5 and topscorers will get even 10 points!
- Payout: Each week all scorers will get 1 or 2 Hive (depending if scored once or twice that week) directly sent in their wallet!
The more join the better we will be. Can we raise back to Liga 3??
