Finally, though, I had a chance to spend a few hours outside, dealing with the overgrowth, and also harvesting some things. Above, is today's haul, from left to right, top to bottom, Cucumber, Red Carrot Yellow Carrot, Banana Peppers, Squash, Red Bunching Onion, Onion Greens, Purple Peppers, and Golden Sweet Peas.
Remaining, lots of Golden Peas, no zucchini, plenty of cucumber, purple pepper, and banana pepper. Maybe a few more yellow, orange and red sweet peppers will come in, as well as plenty of herbs, and onion. Of the carrot, I believe the orange is all done, but lots more red and yellow carrot left to harvest.
San Marzono, Beefsteak, Cherokee Purple, White Cherry Tomato, and Sweetie 100 Cherry Tomato. There are a few dozen more tomato to pick when they ripen across all the varieties I am growing.
There were two remaining 25 gallon Grow Bags with potato growing. One had a mix of 3 Red Bliss and 3 Yukon Gold seed potato. The other 4 Red Bliss, and one Purple Potato.
After harvesting, I am sad to report, the Purple Potato gave one 1/2 inch, (1 CM) Purple Potato. The seed potato were all mush and rotten. two of the 3 Red Bliss were rotten as well. The 3 Yukon Gold potato were all rotten, and only the single small Yukon Gold potato (Lower left corner) grew. one of the 3 Red Bliss were rotten mush as well. We had obscene rains, this summer, right as I planted these. I am guessing they simply never had a chance.

... and with fall comes cooler temperatures. AND, lowered expectations for harvesting vegetables. Warm days and nights bring an abundance of tomato, and cucumber. Not any more. Fall means better lettuces and herbs. Squash and zucchini should be doing well, but mine are struggling. Peas are growing like gangbusters! All in in, a fairly productive little garden taking up about 250 square feet, maybe 10 meters square, total.
I believe this with my heart.
