From Meher Baba popularized by Bobby McFerrin
If you can worry about the worst case scenario, how many times is it useful to replay it? Shouldn't you also imagine the best case scenario? Or, if you insist on trying to prepare for a bad outcome, then shouldn't you at least spend some effort planning some alternative strategies so the outcome could be better?
When all is said and done it would seem you should leave plenty of room for happy. Live your life as lightly as you can.
In the version of worry where it feels like you are juggling 20 worries, trying to keep all of them in play, write them all down. They still are there - but now you do not have to hold on to them. Problem solving rarely goes well with worry. Bring a laser focus to solving one of your "worries" and then throw yourself a small party for having made your world a lighter place
