Life is made up of all sorts of experiences, sometimes they are good and pleasant and sometimes not very good and unpleasant, but in everything one thing is for sure that none of them are permanent. Neither the good ones nor the unpleasant ones. When in life we are going through a difficult phase, if we just remember this one thing that this is not permanent and it is in the passing, it will make life easy and the problems also will start looking smaller.
I do this as much as I can, whenever I am faced with an issue which brings me down, I mentally keep boosting up myself by telling myself that this is just in the passing. I think of the better times after the problem is resolved and that makes it very much easier for me. Also it give me strength to have a positive approach of dealing with the situation. Sometimes the problem is too intense to be in these states of being and it brings me down temporary with negative thoughts and beliefs, that's the time I force myself to read something positive even if it may not be consuming for me in that moment.
Also, I have observed with myself that whenever I am in a problem in that time talking with my Son is healing for me. Somewhere in the communication with him the intensity of the problem reduces by itself and I feel positive about life once again. And I believe that we all have such one support system in our life to who we can turn to for solace in difficult times. The other way I keep myself in positive states of being is by doing daily affirmations immediately when I wake up and just before closing my eyes at night. These affirmations gives me lot of inner-strength and positive energy to always be in positive states.
There is no one way of dealing with our problems, it is what suits us the best. But the one thing to remember is that nothing is permanent, Life is fluid and it keeps moving and with that so will our problems dissolve at some or the other point in life.
