material :
100 grams mushrooms 150 grams Blanched spinach, 50 grams of potatoes, 50 grams of paneer, 3 green chillies, a little roasted gram powder, according to salt flavor, 1 lemon slice, dry nuts and cheese for stuffing, coriander leaves for garnishing
Method :
- Soothing finely chopped mushrooms in a frying pan.
- Mix well by adding spinach, finely chopped green chillies, grated cottage cheese and potatoes.
- Now add roasted gram powder to this mixer.
- Now give the shape of tikki from this mixer and fill the stuffing in between.
- Now let it fry the shale on both sides once on the hot plate.
- Grease the hot spinach on the plate and garnish with lemon slices and coriander leaves.
