This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. We went jogging to the Heights where we put to test, strength, breathing and endurance uhh because what an imposing climbs but when it comes to challenges here I appear, we activate those lungs to not drown and those legs to not stay on the road my people but what happened?we made it to the top.

Took me a lot of time to restore it and to persuade the suitcase to play records (vinyl records).

At the start of each day at the warehouse,after opening the warehouse doors at 9:00 am in the morning, which is the official resumption time. Everyone is expecting to be at the warehouse at least 9:10 am, due to the distance in some of the worker houses from the warehouse . By 9:11 a.m, we all gather at the center of the warehouse, bow our heads for a short but strong prayer first. Putting prayers first in everything you do is one of the secrets of successful business and life in general. During our prayer times, we give thanks to God for the previous success recorded days before in sales, and we thank God for his guidance in careful coordination of the warehouse activities on a daily basis. We also thank God for greater sales yet to come and for safety's all through the season. We also never forget to pray for the CEO and all the sales representatives that keep the sales coming through their commitment in hard work.

I’m happy to write this because it really means something to me. Being part of the HIVIAN’S community have teach me many things, and one of them is to always stay positive and keep pushing no matter what life throw at you. My topic is "India United Community: Be Positive and Stay Motivated in Anything You Do in Life and I just want to share from my heart.

This mushroom is shaped like a trumpet with a stem like a handle and has a funnel like a trumpet. Its Latin name is Microporus xanthopus.

But there are many types of this mushroom. with some other differences. Such as shorter and smaller stems and wider funnel dimensions, also with differences in color. Some are brown and reddish. This mushroom has a rather hard texture and I found it growing on wood that is also a bit hard.

With the blessed rains, even the grass looks like a mattress, it is too high, you have to prune it, which becomes a bit difficult, because we do not have the means to do it, we have no machine, or scissors, but well, we will see.

With that kind of workout, I thought I’d wake up sore today—but honestly, I feel great. I didn’t do anything else; I just took the day to rest, and in the evening I went for a walk with a friend.

As for my deload week, I plan to keep training, but only using resistance bands. So if it’s a front lever day, I’ll use bands for pressing work. If it's a planche day, I’ll do activation drills with bands. I also plan to keep doing basic movements just to stay active, and of course, prioritize rest.

A lot of times I try to ask myselfto know what is the worst thing that could ever happen when you set out on a journey to discovery or when a new opportunity opens before you and you are afraid to take that bold step because you are comfortable where you are, and sometimes I am unable to answer that question fully because I am guilty of it myself.

This time I’m sharing a sketch I made while practicing how to draw water. Lately, water has been constantly on my mind. I wash my face with cold water every hour just to feel some relief. I’m one of those people who are firmly against air conditioners — partly because we need to save electricity in Ukraine and also because of global warming. Although there doesn’t seem to be a shortage in our system right now, since we’re receiving enough supply from Europe. And that’s honestly amazing — that even during this hellish heat (when we know for sure most people in Europe are blasting their ACs), the power keeps coming without disruption.
