Absolutely agree with the heart rate monitor and regulating your effort. It's essential if you take your fitness relatively serious. There are a lot of tools out there for the more serious, but I wasn't aware of the cadence sensor for running? It's interesting as I would assume the faster the cadence, the faster you run? Cycling isn't always like that as there's gearing. How does it work with running?
