I finished my running week early this week. No run this weekend since I already did my 3 sessions!
Today was a beautiful day to run in Prague. The weather was really good with a big sun and temperature around 4°C which is nice in January.
Here is my session:
- 20' of endurance run warm-up. I did it at a 4'27"/km pace which is too fast but I didn't pay attention and I felt great
- 6 times 500m in 1'48" so a pace around 3'35"/km with 2'30" of rest
- 10' of cool down
As I said it, I was really fast during my 20' endurance run. I didn't check my watch and since I felt great I guess it didn't appear to me to be that fast.
I also felt great during the repetitions even tough it was quite hard. I don't know where I found all this energy since I party a big part of the night last night. Maybe it's the secret? Party hard and be fast? Not really sure about that :p
