It always come downs to hardwork, consistency and perseverance to achieve any type of success in ventures like this. It should not be any different, if so, there is really no value to obtain from it. I have found it so interesting that while other blockchain projects have focused on marketing first and technology second, Steem (or Steemit Inc) has not been out there marketing the platform which I believe is a success considering the amount of transactions performed on a daily basis and a growing ecosystem. This imbalance is probably why Steem is no longer in the top 10 asset while protocols with no working blockchain are more valuable.
