One of the most sabotaging and harmful attitudes of our behavior is to take the time to judge and criticize people. .

Prejudging has become so commonplace for society that it is impossible to expose oneself and not be criticized, and most of the time we do this and do not even realize the weight of our actions, we are transvestites of what we call sincerity and think we have the right to speak everything we think, and we still do not exteriorize our thoughts as if they were single and absolute truths.

O pré-julgamento se tornou algo tão comum para a sociedade que é impossível se expor e não ser criticado, e na maioria das vezes fazemos isso e nem percebemos o peso de nossos atos, estamos travestidos daquilo que chamamos de sinceridade e pensamos que temos o direito de falar tudo o que pensamos, e ainda nem exteriorizamos os nossos pensamentos como se fossem verdades únicas e absolutas.

Quantas vezes você já se pegou criticando ou julgando alguém sem ao mesmo conhecer a pessoa e sua história para entender o motivo de suas escolhas e seu jeito de ser e pensar?

Eu acredito que quem dedica tempo para julgamentos, perde um tempo precioso em aceitar e amar as pessoas do jeito que elas são, imperfeitas, cheias de defeitos mas autênticas e sem máscaras sociais.
