Fish Head Noodle Soup

This has got to be one of the best Fish Head Noodle Soup I've ever eaten in my life. It's found at this place called Grandmama's.

Fish Head noodle soup is a rice vermicelli dish that is in a milk broth made with fish head, fish bones that give it it's depth of seafood flavor, preserved vegetable that give it it's saltiness and slightly sourness, ginger, fresh tomatoes, and loads and loads of hours probably to cook it.

The broth was super smooth and truly one of the best I've ever tasted. It had so much sea flavor to it that came from the fish head and bones. Super super delicious I must say!
