This is the third and hopefully the last post regarding the witnesses features. We read all your comments and decided to add a third tab.
New Features
The behavior is still the same. It depends on the profile you're trying to display. We have added a third tab for the witnesses and added additional information in their Witness Information tab.
On a non-witness profile
In the last version of our witnesses feature, we were only displaying the witnesses this account had voted for on the Votes cast tab,
We decided to take into account the proxy. Indeed, if a proxy has been chosen, a link to the proxy's page will be displayed instead of the list of witnesses voted.
This link will take you to the witness page of the proxy. Thank you @tamala for the suggestion!
On a witness profile
In the previous release, a witness had 2 different pages. We just added a third one!
We decided to add a page where you can see for each witness who had voted for him/her.
Let's now see the changes we made on each page.
Witness Information
This page is still the default page.
On this page you have now the possibility of vote/unvote a witness thanks to a new button next to the name.
We also added the witness' producer rewards of last week, last month and 'forever'.
Votes received
This is the main change from last version and surely the most time consuming one to implement.
You can now get information about voters such as the total amount of vests, the number of vests they have in their account and the number of vests they get via proxy.
We decided to display the data in a dataTable (JQuery-datatable) because of the number of data. In this example, @stoodkev has more than 400 voters. So we thought that it could be a good idea to be able to sort, filter and paginate those voters. The default order is based on voting time. The most recent votes are displayed first in order to help you see all the changes pretty fast.
