In June, we celebrated 9 years of the Kingdom's existence. It occurred to me that our history could have been very different if we had the support of @valueplan from the very beginning. The last three months have been something amazing. Below is a table with the most important statistics for us, which are donations and visits. As you can see, we have made a big step forward compared to March. June was the 11th month in a row ending on a positive note. This has never happened before.

What influenced this? Firstly, promotion. Secondly, increasing the attractiveness of the premises. The Kingdom has never been so well stocked. Also the promotion on social media has never been so intense.
In June, we received 2200 HBD. All the transfers can be traced on the @krolestwo.fund account. The distribution of funds was as follows:
- rent (650 HBD)
- support for promotional activities (550 HBD)
- creation of a game using the poems of Zbigniew Herbert (1000 HBD)
Rent
In principle, anyone can hold an open event in the Kingdom free of charge. Some groups wanting to help support the venue rent it out for their events, even though it is open. This is how Thursdays (@czwartek), for example, operates. The rental rate is set out in the official list of rewards for support - 10 HBD per hour. This is how all ‘powered by Hive’ events were billed. And where did the funds go? They went to the Kingdom Development Fund, from which in June we bought, among other things, a Marshall speaker for 624 HBD.
In total, the Kingdom held 18 events in May, 14 of which were 'powered by Hive'. To this must be added Polish lessons for Ukrainian refugees. A total of 71 hours.

Promotion
In June, we continued the Facebook campaign we launched in May. Instead of paying corporations for adverts, we reward users for their reactions and comments. The effects are visible. Not only the reach is growing, but also the average number of likes and monthly visits.

Users who engage in the campaign are rewarded with RCRT tokens, for which various things can be obtained in the Kingdom. In June, thanks to the support of Value Plan, we added more drinks to our offer. We also bought snacks for 'powered by Hive' events. We spent a total of 400 HBD on this.
In addition, we spent 150 HBD on a one-year organiser subscription to Meetup.
Game
In June, we started work on a game like 'escape room', which uses the poems of Zbigniew Herbert. This is a big and important project. Especially as October is the 100th anniversary of Herbert's birth. So there is no doubt that such a game will attract many new people to the Kingdom. The script is currently being developed. The beta version will be ready at the end of July. Testing will then begin and will last until the end of August.
Summary
A major reform of the Kingdom began in June. We have planned a series of activities to realise the enormous potential of the place. There is a great deal of work ahead of us, but we believe that with the support of the Value Plan we can develop the Kingdom so that it will be visited by 10 times as many people as it is today. This is a realistic plan. However, we needed the impetus to start implementing it. In the next 12 months, we can make it happen.

W czerwcu obchodziliśmy 9 lat działania Królestwa. Naszła mnie refleksja, że nasza historia mogłaby zupełnie inaczej wyglądać, gdybyśmy od samego początku mieli wsparcie @valueplan'u. Ostatnie trzy miesiące to coś niesamowitego. Poniżej tabela z najważniejszymi dla nas statystykami, czyli darowiznami i odwiedzinami. Jak widać, w porównaniu z marcem zrobiliśmy duży krok na przód. Czerwiec był 11 miesiącem z rzędu zakończonym na plusie. Do tej pory nigdy nie miało to miejsca.

Co miało na to wpływ? Po pierwsze promocja. Po drugie zwiększenie atrakcyjności lokalu. Królestwo nigdy nie było tak dobrze zaopatrzone. Również promocja w mediach społecznościowych nigdy nie była tak intensywna.
W czerwcu otrzymaliśmy 2200 HBD. Wszystkie transfery można prześledzić na koncie @krolestwo.fund. Podział środków był następujący:
- wynajem (650 HBD)
- wsparcie działań promocyjnych (550 HBD)
- stworzenie gry wykorzystującej wiersze Zbigniewa Herberta (1000 HBD)
Wynajem
Co do zasady każdy może nieodpłatnie zorganizować w Królestwie otwarte wydarzenie. Niektóre grupy chcąc pomóc w utrzymaniu miejsca wynajmują je pod swoje wydarzenia, pomimo, że są one otwarte. Tak działają na przykład Czwartki (@czwartek). Stawka za wynajem jest określona na oficjalnej liście nagród za wsparcie - 10 HBD za godzinę. W ten sposób rozliczane były wszystkie wydarzenia "powered by Hive". A gdzie trafiły te środki? Zasiliły one Fundusz Rozwojowy Królestwa, z którego w czerwcu kupiliśmy m.in. głośnik Marshalla za 624 HBD.
Łącznie w maju w Królestwie odbyło się 18 wydarzeń, z czego 14 było "powered by Hive". Do tego należy doliczyć lekcje polskiego dla ukraińskich uchodźców. W sumie 71 godzin.

Promocja
W czerwcu kontynuowaliśmy rozpoczętą w maju akcję na Facebooku. Zamiast płacić korporacji za reklamy wynagradzamy użytkowników za ich reakcje i komentarze. Efekty są widoczne. Rosną nie tylko zasięgi, ale również średnia ilość lajków i liczba wizyt.

Użytkowników angażujących się w akcję wynagradzamy tokenami RCRT, za które w Królestwie można dostać różne rzeczy. W czerwcu, dzięki wsparciu Value Planu dodaliśmy do naszej oferty kolejne napoje. Kupiliśmy również przekąski na imprezy "powered by Hive". Łącznie wydaliśmy na to 400 HBD.
Dodatkowo wydaliśmy 150 HBD na roczną subskrypcję organizatora w serwisie Meetup.
Gra
W czerwcu rozpoczęliśmy prace nad grą typu "escape room", która wykorzystuje wiersze Zbigniewa Herberta. Jest to duży i ważny projekt. Zwłaszcza, że w październiku mija 100. rocznica urodzin Herberta. Nie ma więc wątpliwości, że taka gra przyciągnie do Królestwa wielu nowych ludzi. Obecnie trwają prace nad scenariuszem. Wersja beta będzie gotowa pod koniec lipca. Wtedy rozpoczną się testy, które potrwają do końca sierpnia.
Podsumowanie
W czerwcu rozpoczęła się wielka reforma Królestwa. Planowany jest szereg działań, które pozwolą wykorzystać ogromny potencjał miejsca. Czeka nas bardzo dużo pracy, wierzymy jednak, że ze wsparciem Value Planu jesteśmy w stanie tak rozwinąć Królestwo, że będzie je odwiedzało 10 razy więcej osób niż obecnie. Jest to realny plan. Potrzebowaliśmy jednak impulsu, by zacząć go realizować. W ciągu najbliższych 12 miesięcy może się to udać.
