Not much to report today. Was able to cross 6k mostly by being busy most of the day. More tomorrow 6643 Daily Activity

Just put a few steps in to cross 5k. Spent a good part of the day doing some running around. Visited the bank, a office, the pharmacy and gas station. Have become a care taker to some extent so walking

Well not a lot to post today. Spent part of the day cleaning and pacing around indoors. Got a call tonight someone hit my Toyota while it was parked. So needless to say. I have to see how bad it is damaged

Sunday evening and usually the weekend is winding down. However since tomorrow is President's day the weekend continues. Was able to relax for a change today. So crossed over 5k for a good Sunday 5545

Cold Saturday in New Jersey. Was indoors most of the day and was busy moving stuff around. I was able to cross 6k for a good weekend day. 6816 Daily Activity

Busy all day today but did not track all the time. It was wet and nasty outdoors so was not able to get a walk in..crossed 6l for a good day 6765 Daily Activity

Spent the early morning with the cable company as they installed new cable. The picture is the new flooring being put down yesterday. Was able to cross 9k today by moving around alot. More tomorrow 9274

Was busy at home before the flooring installers arrived. Lots of moving around. The end results were worth it. Had over 7k steps for a good day. 7822 Daily Activity

Spent mid morning moving 6 heavy boxes than doing some other work. Later on was busy in the afternoon. Glad to see 5k plus basically by just moving around. More tomorrow as a busy week begins 5592 Daily

Rainy Friday and every thing is soaking wet. Spent most of the morning catching up after a long night. Mid afternoon I was busy. Finally walked indoors as the winds were howling after the rain past. Crossed

Had to leave the house early today. While waiting for someone to finish. I decided to walk back and forth in a small area. The payoff came later as I took a 5 pm walk in warm weather for February. Crossed

Forgot to post last night. Some how ended the day on a better note that expected. Walked early in the morning and was busy. Surprised to see over 8k steps for a positive change. 8313 Walking

A decent Sunday today, went out for a morning walk. Was busy later on in the day. Started to snow where I was at. No accumulation expected but the temp was a little above freezing. Came home to watch part

Got up today and the sky was gray. It had rained earlier but it was time for a walk. Had a busy agenda for a Saturday. Was able to cross 6k for a good day. More tomorrow 6866 Walking

Started the day off with several goals to accomplish. Took a morning walk and about 80 percent done when nature called. Things happen and a few goals were put off a day or two. Was hoping for more steps
