Was busy all morning so skipped the morning trip. Midday was out and about. About 4:30 knew that more steps were needed. Took a nice walk to cross 5k and made it a great day. More tomorrow 5840 Walking

Monday's post. Got up and went for a good walk. Refreshing weather was in the air. No humidity and bright sunshine made for a great day. Did some house work later in the day. More walking today 7244 Walking

Started the day off by cutting the grass. Did the front and back yard. Easily put up 4000 steps. Crossed 7k and submitting before I forget to post again 7035 Yard Work

Friday report gonna be short. Took a walk in the morning. Spent the rest of the day waiting for A/C company to show up and put Freon in. Posting on Saturday morning 5720 Daily Activity, Walking

Another hot steamy day here in N.J. Met the crew from work for coffee. Later was out and up and down stairs. Finally needed a very short walk to cross 5k. More tomorrow 5593 Daily Activity, Walking

Sunday morning got outside around 10 am and cut the lawn. Easily accumulated enough steps to cross the 5k market. Later on enjoyed the late afternoon Sun by washing the car. Crossed 8k for a good day 8006

Saturday's report. Got up and headed outside side to scrape the wood around the garage door. Than primed the wood and 2 fake columns in front of the house. Later on cut the front yard and crossed 5k. More
