Main activity today was circuit training and a bit of dancercise - just 30 mins. Legs feeling a bit sore from some pretty hard intervals yesterday. 1525 Walking

Did my usual non run day activities of some basic circuit training. Started back on some leg strengthening with inproving running in mind! 1320 Walking

Walked up to the gym and bashed out a few intervals - 400 metre ones on the treadmill... 6 intvs 2* 15.5 KPH 2* 16 KPH 1× 16.5 KPH 1* 17 KPH. All 400s. Very pleased with later! 1268 Running

Wandered up to the gym and bashed out 10Ks on the treadmill. Actual total steps around 20K just not acc to this broken dapp. 1195 Running

25K steps according to all my other tracking apps that actually work, 1.5K according to this app which doesn't work. 1439 Walking

Walked up to the track and did a set of 30 20 10s. I had my phone with me all the way - Garmin says 17000 steps for the day, the shactifit app 1600. 1660 Walking

Wandered to the gym - 1 there and back then 10Ks tread session then more walking around Brum. Of course the app failed to pick up 80% of this! 1932 Walking

Just a couple of wanders into town today - the later to post some records I'd sold on ebay! Nice easy rest day. 1180 Walking

Another unreliable day with the actifit app once again failing to track most of my steps. Terrible! 1100 Walking

Can anyone explain why this app has stopped picking up most of my steps? Same phone and case, same app, but it'd not picking up steps - my other non actifit app is works just fine. 1005 Walking

Headed out at 7.00 for a 10K run, had fun with hills in the middle I then headed back out to reckie another 10K route for a future week! 20587 Running
