Google has a reasonably good Translator as does the Internet.</p> <p>The question is probably the same question society asks: What is the ultimate goal of punishment? Is it purely they to inflict suffering on the perpetrator with little or no chance of redemption? Or is it there to say: <em>You and I know you did wrong, we punished you as a deterrent to you and others, now lets see how we can put you on the right path."</em></p> <p>You choose?</p>
