It requires a respectful conception of your nature and the capacity you have as a human being, it requires willingness (and availability) not to rush the times, it requires a lot of personal work to keep the senses awake, it requires humility to know how to stay expectant, it requires studying/preparing a lot to know how to value and protect the incredible event about your creation.

For this year we all want to be together somewhere in the world where there are no problems and to be able to get together as a family. We are still in the project phase since everyone has their life, and their work, and we have to make them coincide, perhaps on non-Christmas dates so that they can share with their other families.

In unavoidable chronic situations, with a permanent degree of stress, I look for time for myself, simple places with nature where I feel free, and I watch simple, romantic series... I also like to watch comedies or sitcoms to ease my brain
