🔥 Static Street Demonstration: Full Planche and Front Lever
Greetings to the entire #Hive and #SWC community.
I hope you're having a great day and that your workouts are filled with consistency, progress, and discipline. Today I want to share with you my training day, which took place in a rather unusual location: the main street in front of @mclionblack-sw's house. We took advantage of this space to do a sort of outdoor demonstration, focusing primarily on static movements like the full planche and the front lever, working on different progressions and variations.
I began the session with a progressive warm-up, where I performed handstands and low planche positions, seeking to activate my muscles and prepare my body for the more demanding exercises. Afterward, I performed a few repetitions of the front lever in its full form, which allowed me to warm up and properly condition my body for what was to come. Once prepared, I moved on to several attempts at the full planche, fine-tuning my technique, posture, and body control. Next, I did a specific push planche block, performing three sets with three-minute rests between each. At all times, I focused on the quality of the movement, avoiding excessive fatigue to avoid compromising my form.
Later, I incorporated a technical variation: the full planche negative to 90 degrees, holding the position isometrically as I lowered. I performed two well-controlled repetitions, prioritizing muscle tension and alignment. To finish, I worked on the front lever in both variations: prone and supine, holding the position for five seconds prone and three seconds supine. Although it was a relatively short session, the intensity was high and helped me continue adapting my body to these advanced movements.

I thank you for taking the time to read my post, I hope you like it and follow me for more.
